The JS Group consists of eight privately-owned companies, directed by Managing Director Joe Sepos and run by his four sons. Our primary business is road transport, which we have been providing to businesses for more than forty-five years.
Our organic development from the date of establishment has seen the group diversify across the agriculture and transport sectors. In addition to the group companies, the company is complemented by several value-adding core businesses, including beef cattle properties, a free-range egg farm and Stroud & District Golf Club.
Primarily, our core business is heavy road transport, moving poultry, livestock, chicken feed and grain across the nation. Throughout our businesses, we employ more than 200 staff members, including drivers, mechanics, logistics staff, trainers, chicken catchers, administration and accounting staff.

When Josef Sepos arrived in Australia in 1949 he had no idea that over the next eight decades the family company he was about to start would encompass four generations and become a major transport operation.
CAPABILITIES
Live Bird Haulage
Our live bird haulage division operates across Adelaide, SA, and Tahmoor NSW, utilising our fleet of 25 prime movers. The fleet transports more than 80 semi-trailer loads of live poultry each night.
Stockfeed & Bulk Grain Transport
The JS Transport Group Stockfeed and Bulk Grain Transport business operates out of major centres including Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane, operating 30 Western Star trucks that deliver stockfeed and bulk commodities across NSW and Queensland.
Refrigerated Transport
The JS Transport Refrigerated Transport Division collects 1.5 million eggs each week from various breeding facilities across Australia‘s Eastern states and South Australia. From there, we transport them using our custom-designed equipment which offers protection from temperature variations and road conditions, in line with customer-specific requirements.
Live Catching & Loading
Based in New South Wales, on the Central Coast and Southern Highlands, this division operates multiple poultry catching crews to catch and load poultry safely and efficiently, as well as forklift operators to load the live animals.
